Importing and updating elements as an administrator
You can import or update the elements of a module from a Microsoft Excel file.
To import or update the existing elements from an Excel sheet
1 Click Modules, and then click the module to import the elements to.
2 In the opened module page, click Import.
3 In the Import page, click Browse to select an Excel file.
4 Select the worksheet that contains the elements and their attributes.
5 Optional: To include the attribute names in the Excel sheet, select Allow import to Matrix attributes
6 Click OK.
7 Select Create new elements or Update existing ones. To update existing elements, select an attribute that identifies the elements.
8 Select the required elements and the attributes from the list to import. If the first row or column in the Excel sheet contains attribute names, the attributes are automatically selected. Click Import.
The maximum limit for Excel cells is set to 8 KB.
