Defining workflows
You can add, delete, and edit workflows in a specific module on the Workflows page, which is opened by clicking the Settings icon and then, from the Configure group, clicking Workflows. To configure workflows, you must be a workspace administrator.
You can enforce processes by using workflows, which are typically based on the status attribute. For example, if a requirement has the New status, it can move to the Accepted, Needs Clarification, or Rejected statuses only. You can also use workflows to force users to edit certain attributes at certain points in a process.
A workflow is connected to a view. In that view, users can transfer elements from one state to another by updating the workflow attribute. If you want users to change an attribute during a transition from one state to another, configure that attribute to be mandatory.
Notes
Workflow access settings override attribute access levels and mandatory settings.
A mandatory attribute is required in all Add views where the attribute is included.
