You can use the report option to generate a report of any information in Focal Point. Generated reports might not look the same in the web browser as they do in the product.
About this task
An active filter is considered in the report. In RTF reports, multiple files might be displayed. Only JPG and PNG formats are supported.
To generate a report
1 From the Format list, select the report format.
2 From the Paper Size list, select a paper size.
3 From the Orientation list, select the paper orientation.
