Comparing elements in a view
To compare elements
1 Open the Pairwise Comparisons frame for a view.
2 Select the criterion to work with.
3 Use the radio buttons on the comparison scale to enter the pairwise comparisons. After each comparison, click OK.
Results
To view completed comparisons, use the Back and Next buttons, or use the shortcut bar in the upper right corner.
Completed comparisons are displayed as white squares. The current comparison is displayed as a gray square. An uncompleted comparison is displayed as a red square. The shortcut bar displays only the comparisons that are complete and the current comparison, which is not complete.
You can see the pairwise comparisons that you completed for the view, the number of comparisons you must complete to assign priorities to all elements in the view, and the number of comparisons you must complete to assign reliable priorities to the elements.
Note If two or more members complete pairwise comparisons for the same public criterion at the same time, they might overwrite a few of each others' comparisons. Comparisons are overwritten only when two members complete the same comparison at the same time.
