Subscribing to reports
You can be notified when an element changes. When a requirement is changed, you are sent an email that contains a report of the changes.
About this task
To subscribe to receive a report about changed elements:
Procedure
1 Click the Settings icon Settings icon, and then, from the Configure group, click Generate Report.
2 Next to the report that you want to receive, click the Edit e-mail setup icon Edit email setup icon.
3 From the E-mail Day list, select the day on which you want to receive the report.
4 From the E-mail Time list, select the time at which you want to receive the report.
5 If a user is selected to be the Sender, the active filters for the user are considered when the report is generated. The user does not need to have access to the views in the report. If no user is selected, one of the report receivers is selected to be the Sender. Alternatively, you can add a report user for whom no filters are defined to be the Sender.
6 Click OK.
7 Select the members to subscribe to the report, and then click Finish.
