Attributes from one module can be exported and imported into another module. Modules could be in different workspaces or even different Focal Point instances.
Procedure
1 Log in as a workspace administrator.
2 Click the Settings icon , and then, from the Configure group, click Attributes. The available modules are listed.
3 Click the module that contains the attribute to edit.
4 Use the checkboxes to pick the attributes to be exported.
System attributes which are part of the default module configuration cannot be exported.
5 Click on the “Export Attributes” button
6 Download the exported file.
7 Click the Settings icon , and then, from the Configure group, click Attributes. Select the module where the attributes have to be imported.
8 Click on the “Import Attributes” button
9 Select the .fpz file containing the exported attributes and click OK.
