Project List
Opens the Project List window.
Shortcut: Alt-F, P
Save Project Data
Opens the Save Project Data dialog, allowing you to select which batches are saved as project data. This option also allows you to select a save location.
Select the Save Project Data As option when you want to also select the save file data type.

Save Project Data As
Opens a dialog that allows you to save the current active data (Live Interview or the current batch). This option allows you to specify a save location, file name, and file data type (.sav or .ddf).
Shortcut: Alt-F, A
Close Project
Closes the active project. This option is only available when a project is open in Interviewer Console.
Shortcut: Alt-F, C
Login
Opens the Login window, allowing you to login. This option is only available when you are currently logged out.
Shortcut: Alt-F, L
Logout
Closes all active project and case information. The Interviewer Console window remains open. This option is only available when you are currently logged in.
Shortcut: Alt-F, L
Exit
Closes all active project and case information. and closes the Interviewer Console window.

View menu
All Cases for Project (Read Only)
Allows you to display all project cases, regardless of whether you are authorized to work with all cases. Cases that you are not authorized to work with are visible, but are not selectable. When this option is selected, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer places all cases in read-only mode. When in read-only mode, you are not allowed to create new cases, open existing cases, or create new batches.

All Cases for Batch (Read Only)
Allows you to display all cases for the selected batch, regardless of whether you are authorized to work with all batch cases. Cases that you are not authorized to work with are visible, but are not selectable. When this option is selected, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer places all cases in read-only mode. When in read-only mode, you are not allowed to create new cases, open existing cases, or create new batches.

Participant Info
Displays and hides the Participant Information pane.
Shortcut: Alt-V, P
Case List Filter
Provides options for creating, or working with existing, case list filters. The filters allow you to display case list information based on specific criteria.
Shortcut: Ctrl+F
View > Entry Mode
Initial Data Entry
New cases can be created and all keying is performed in Initial Entry mode. If selected while Live Interview mode is active, the Case List changes to display the project’s cases that are completed or suspended in Initial Data Entry. This option is only available for Data Entry and multi-modal (Data Entry and Live Interview) projects.

Partial Verification
Cases that are displayed are ready for verification and all keying is done in Partial Verification mode. If selected, while Live Interview mode is active, the Case List changes to display the project’s cases that are completed or suspended in Initial Data Entry. This option is only available for Data Entry and multi-modal (Data Entry and Live Interview) projects.

Live Interviewing
If selected, while Data Entry mode is active, the Case List changes to display the project’s cases that are completed by Live Interviewing. This option is only available for multi-modal (Data Entry and Live Interview) projects.

Case
New Case
Creates a new case in the Case List and launches the appropriate player to begin case entry. This option is only available in Initial Entry mode (for a data entry project) or in Live Interviewing mode.
Shortcut: Alt-C, N
Verify Case
Launches Data Entry Player to key the verification pass for a selected case. This option is only available in Partial or Full Verification modes.
Shortcut: Alt-C, V
Continue Case
Launches Data Entry Player to continue keying a suspended case, or to edit a completed case’s data.
Shortcut: Alt-C, C
Delete Case
Displays a confirmation window and, upon confirmation, deletes the selected case from the project.
Shortcut: Alt-C, D
Set Case Status
Only available for Data Entry projects.
Initial Entry Completed
When selected, a selected case that was suspended (and not yet completed) during Initial Entry will have its status changed to indicate that the case is completed.

Partial Verification Completed
When selected, a selected case that was suspended (and not yet completed) in Partial Verification will have its status changed to indicate that the case is completed.

Full Verification Completed
When selected, a selected case that was suspended (and not yet completed) in Full Verification will have its status changed to indicate that the case is completed.

Workflow
Transfer > Create Package
Opens the Create Deployment Package menu for selecting data entry batches in a data entry project, or all active cases for a Live Interviewing project, to save and deploy to other users.
Shortcut: Alt-W, T, C
Transfer > Import Package
Displays an Open file window to select a deployed package to import into UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer.
Shortcut: Alt-W, T, I
Select Batch
Displays a submenu that identifies all batches that you have loaded to UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer. The submenu also indicates the batch you are currently active in; by selecting another batch in the menu you make that batch active in Interviewer Console.This option is only available for Data Entry projects.

New Batch
Opens the Create Batch window for naming and setting properties for a new batch. This option is only available for Data Entry projects.
Shortcut: Alt-W, N
Remove Batch
Displays a confirmation window and, upon confirmation, removes the batch from the project. This option is only available for Data Entry projects.
Shortcut: Alt-W, R
Batch Properties
Opens the Batch Properties window for viewing information regarding the selected batch. This option is only available for Data Entry projects.
