Local Deployment Wizard overview

The Local Deployment Wizard allows you to deploy a survey to one or more UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Offline for Windows installations without requiring an UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin. The wizard provides a simpler alternative to the Activate dialog that is commonly used to deploy surveys to UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Offline for Windows.

The wizard contains the following steps:

▪Usage options: Select how the project will be used.

▪Verification options: Data entry validation options.

▪Routing options - data entry: Data entry routing options.

▪Routing options - live interviewing: Live interviewing routing options.

▪Display options: Select which fields are visible in the case data, and select which field is used to uniquely identify each case.

▪Deployment options: Options for deploying the survey to a deployment package or directly to the local UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Offline for Windows installation.

▪Expiry date and time options: Options for defining the project expiration data and time.

▪Summary options: Summary of all selected options prior to starting project deployment.

Note If a project was previously activated, the wizard provides the previous activation options. If a survey was not previously activated, the wizard provides default values.
