Deleting a category
You can delete a category from a variable so that it does not appear in tables.
To delete a category
1 In the Variables pane, select the variable.
2 From the menu, choose Variables > Edit Variable.
This opens the Edit Variable window and displays details of the variable.
3 Do one of the following:
▪From the menu, choose Edit > Delete.
▪Press Delete.
▪Click the Delete button
,
The category is removed from the list.
4 Choose Save and Close from the toolbar.
