Hiding a category
You can delete a category from a variable so that it does not appear in tables, but is still available in case you want to add it back in again at a later date.
To hide a category
1 In the Variables pane, select the variable.
2 From the menu, choose Variables > Edit Variable.
This opens the Edit Variable window and displays details of the variable.
3 Do one of the following:
▪From the menu, choose Categories > Hide.
▪Click the Hide button
.
4 Choose Save and Close from the toolbar.
