Adding keyboard languages and input locales
1 From the Windows Start menu choose Settings > Control Panel, and then double-click Keyboard.
2 Click the Languages or Input Locales tab (depending on the Windows version).
3 Click Add, and then select a language/input locale. Depending on how Windows was installed, you might need to use its installation package to add languages/input locales.
To switch between installed keyboard languages/input locales
Press left Alt+Shift (that is, press the Alt key on the left side of the keyboard together with the Shift key).
