UNICOM Intelligence Professional toolbars
By default, the toolbars in UNICOM Intelligence Professional are docked at the top and right hand edges of the window. All the toolbars can be moved individually: you can dock them on any of the four edges of the window, or they can remain “floating”.
To move a toolbar
Click its grab handle and drag it to its new position.
To lock a floating toolbar
Double click the title bar of the toolbar.
To show or hide buttons on a toolbar
1 Do one of the following:
For a docked toolbar: Click the arrow at the end of the toolbar, click Add or Remove Buttons, and in the shortcut menu, click the name of the toolbar you want to change.
For a floating toolbar: Click the title bar with the right mouse button.
2 Show or hide each toolbar button by selecting or clearing the relevant checkbox.
It is not possible to add new buttons to a toolbar.

Undo the last change you made to the current file.

Redo the last change that you canceled using Undo.

Ctrl+Shift+C
|
Insert a comment symbol (') at the start of all of the selected lines, so that they are considered comments. This is useful when you want to remove some code, but may want to reinstate it later.

Ctrl+Shift+U
|
Uncomment the selected lines by removing the comment symbols.
|
|
Alt+T, M
|
Open the AutoExpansion Macros dialog box.
|
|
Alt+T, I
|
Open the Interview Services Options dialog box.

Open the UNICOM Intelligence Professional Options dialog box.

|
Bookmarks
|
|
Open the Bookmarks menu, which contains the four buttons shown below. You use bookmarks to quickly navigate through the code.

Ctrl+Shift+B
|
If the line where the cursor is currently positioned has a bookmark, remove the bookmark, and if not, insert a bookmark on the line.
|
|
Ctrl+Shift+N
|
Move to the next bookmark in the current file.
|
|
Ctrl+Shift+P
|
Move back to the previous bookmark in the current file.
|
|
Ctrl+Shift+A
|
Remove all bookmarks from the current file.

Debugging toolbar

|
Run the current script in debugging mode. If a script has stopped at a breakpoint, you can click this button to continue execution.
When running an interview script (. mdd) file, you can use this button to display the next question without answering the current question. The Auto Answer feature will answer the current question for you: see Running an interview automatically. |

Run the current interview script (. mdd) file in Auto Answer mode. If an interview script has stopped at a breakpoint, you can click this button to continue execution in Auto Answer mode. For more information, see Running an interview automatically. |

Ctrl+F5
|
Run the current script in normal (non-debugging) mode. Any breakpoints in the script will be ignored.
|
|
Shift+F5
|
Stop the debugging session. If you are running an interview script (.mdd) file, or a data management script (.dms) file, you can also use this button at any time to stop the run. There may be a delay before the run stops. This button is hidden when no scripts are running.

Ctrl+Shift+F5
|
Restart the debugging session from the beginning of the script.
|
|
F10
|
Step through the script one line of code at a time.
|
|
Alt+D, H
|
In a debugging session, scroll the script in the Edit pane so that the next statement to be executed can be seen. The statement is highlighted in yellow.

Breakpoints
|
|
Open the Breakpoints menu, which contains the two buttons shown below.
|
|
Ctrl+B or F9
|
If the line where the cursor is currently positioned has a breakpoint, remove the breakpoint, and if not, insert a breakpoint on the line. Lines on which a breakpoint has been set are highlighted in red.

|
Remove all breakpoints from the current script.
