Adding a language
1 From the menu, choose Tools > Manage Languages and Contexts or press Alt+T, M, or click the Manage Languages and Contexts toolbar button .
On the Languages tab, any languages already defined for the .mdd file are displayed in the dialog box.
2 Click Add. The Add Language dialog box appears.
3 Select a language from the list. The list contains all the languages that are installed on your computer.
4 If required, define alternatives for the languages: see Defining alternative texts for languages or contexts.
5 Click OK to close the Add Language dialog box and save your changes, and then click OK again to close the Manage Languages and Contexts dialog box.
This adds the language to the list of languages in the questionnaire file and creates an empty field for that language for each item of text that exists in the file. You can then pass the file on to your translators to enter translations for the language using the Translation Utility.
