Combining symbols and keycodes as mark fields
1 Open the Look that you want to modify.
2 Position the cursor where you want to insert the symbol for the mark field and from the Word Insert menu, choose Symbol.
This opens the Word Symbol dialog box.
3 Select a symbol, such as a square or circle, and then click Insert.
4 Click Close.
5 Select the symbol and apply the mr Category Answer character style.
6 Format the symbol as you want it to appear when you apply the Look to a question.
7 Type a one-character placeholder on the left or right of the symbol and apply the mr Keycode insertion character style.
8 Format the placeholder as you want the keycode to appear when you apply the Look to a question.
