▪All UNICOM Intelligence Question Repository users must be assigned to a role that includes the Access Contents and Folders action. To do this, use the IBM SPSS Deployment Manager Server Administration tab.

▪All UNICOM Intelligence Question Repository users with UNICOM Intelligence Question Repository browse and search authority must have Read access to the appropriate IBM SPSS Collaboration and Deployment Services Repository folders. To modify folder permissions through IBM SPSS Deployment Manager, right-click the folder, and then click Properties > Permissions tab.

▪All UNICOM Intelligence Question Repository users who have authority to submit new survey assets to the repository must have Write access to the appropriate IBM SPSS Collaboration and Deployment Services Repository folders.
