If you have installed UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server in a non-domain environment, you might find that computers that communicate using computer names, rather than IP addresses, cannot communicate across the firewall. If this happens, create a hosts file on those computers linking the computer names with the computers' IP addresses.
