Reviewing interviews

Interviewer - Server > UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer activities in UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer Server - Admin > Interviewing Options > Interview Settings > Reviewing interviews

You can choose whether interviewers can review the participant’s responses after the interview has completed. In the “Review Interview Options” list, there are three options as follows:

Option	Description
No Review	The interviewer cannot review interviews.
Review Interview	The interviewer can review the whole interview.
Review Open-ends	The interviewer can review open-ended (text) responses only.

Note The above setting does not affect the supervisor’s ability to review interviews using the Review Interviews activity (see Review Interviews).

If you have selected either Review Interview or Review Open-ends, you can then choose between the following two radio buttons:

Option	Description
Show review button on interviewer screen	To start the review, the interviewer must click the Review Completed Interview button in the Phone Participants activity.
Interviewer must review	The review starts automatically when the interview finishes.

To allow personal interviewers to add participant records

Select the option Allow personal interviewers to add participant records to allow personal interviewers to add participant records.

To change the default settings

If you find that for every new project you always change the settings on the Interview Settings folder to the same new values, you can instead change the default settings that UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer provides. For more information, see Changing the default settings.
