Displaying and printing variable questions
You can display or print a list of the survey questions associated with the variables in your project, using the Print Variables option on the Variables menu. This opens a new browser window displaying the questions represented by the original project variables.
You can display the questions in any of the languages that are available for the variables, and you can either display the questions together with the available answers, or just the list of questions.
Note Regardless of how many physical pages the questionnaire definition is printed on, the browser always considers it to be one page. (This is the same as when you print an HTML file in Internet Explorer.) However, you can print part of the file only. To do this, in the Print Variables dialog, select the section that you want to print and then select Selection in the Page Range box.
To display and print variable questions
1 From the menu, choose Variables > Print Variables.
The variables are displayed in a separate browser window, and the standard Windows Print dialog box opens.
2 To print the questions, select the print options you require, and then click OK.
