Removing headers and footers
Note Make sure that the following fields are always included in one of the positions. Without this information, the published tables can be misleading:
CellContents
Filters
WeightingVariable
Statistics
Level (if you are working with hierarchical data).
To remove headers and footers from a single table
1 In the Table List, select the table whose headers and footers you want to change.
2 Select the Preferences tab.
3 Select Header and Footer. This opens the Header and Footer dialog box (see Header and Footer dialog box.
4 Click the header or footer you want to delete.
5 Existing text for a header or footer position is displayed in the Editing area of the screen. Click and drag to select the text in the Editing box, and then press Delete.
6 Repeat for any other headers or footers you want to delete.
7 Click OK.
To remove global headers and footers
1 From the menu, choose Tables > Global Header and Footer. This opens the Global Header and Footer dialog box (see Header and Footer dialog box.
2 Continue with step 4 above.
