MDM Label Manager
MDM Label Manager is an accessory that comes with UNICOM Intelligence Data Model. You can use it to set the properties of metadata (.mdd) files for use in the Translation Utility or other applications that read metadata files, for example the Questionnaire Viewer.
Using MDM Label Manager, you can:
▪add new languages, contexts or label types to a metadata file
▪set the default language, context or label type for a metadata file
▪modify the read/write attributes of languages, including the default (base) language, for use by the Translation Utility
▪set alternatives for languages, contexts or label types, to act as defaults where no text exists. This means, for example, that where no text in UK English has been entered for a field in the Translation Utility, the text from the alternative language is automatically displayed.
