The telephone number of the remote interviewer. The maximum RemoteAccessNumber length is 50 characters (the characters < and > are not valid).

The encrypted user ticket. Use the ticket when projects are promoted through Single sign on.

The logged user name, in the cookie, when a user selects Remember my user name for future logins.

The cookie saves the encrypted user name and ticket. When needed, the value is used for agent login.
