Adding customer accounts
1 In the left tree, click the
New Customer Account button
.
2 Set the account parameters (see
Account parameters), and then click
OK. The new account displays in the My Projects pane.
UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin creates a folder for the new customer account in FMRoot\Shared\DataCollectionStyles with the same name as the customer account name. User uploaded files for custom account branding are saved to this folder.
Account parameters
Name
Enter the customer account name. Customer account names must be unique.
DisplayName
Enter the customer account name to display to users.
Description
Enter a description of the customer account.
Product Name
Specify a product name image to use for the customer account. The default image size is 379 x 35.
Logo
Specify a company logo image to use for the customer account. The logo displays as the top banner for most UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin browser-based applications. The default image size is 41 x 15.
Default Page Picture
Specify the default image that displays when each UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin activity launches. The default image size is 450 x 300.
Banner Background Tile
Specify the banner's background image. The default image size is 1 x 45.
Banner Image
Specify the banner image. The default image size is 577 x 45.
Tab Images Zip
Specify a Zipfile. The Zipfile must contain a folder that includes the following files:

Rounded Table Images Zip
Specify a Zipfile that contains images to used by the Rounded table control. The Zipfile must contain a folder that includes the following files:

CSS File
Specify the cascading style sheet (CSS) that the customer account will use. The CSS file dictates the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin web page layout, color, and fonts.
▪To upload n file, click Browse. Uploaded files are stored in the FMRoot\Shared\DataCollectionStyles directory.
▪To download the default file from the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin, click Download. You can change the file, and then upload it back to UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin.
Home Page
Specify the home page URL for the specified customer. For example, if a customer account was created for UNICOM Systems, Inc., the home page could be defined as http://www.unicomsi.com.
Status
Specify the customer account status.
