Interviewer tab (phone only)
Use the Interviewer tab to load interviewer information and define various interviewer settings for the test.
Interviewers
The Interviewers section displays the selected phone survey interviewers and allows you to load spreadsheets (.xlsx files) that contain interviewer information.
The .xlsx file must include the following columns: Username, Description, Password, Roles, Position.
Password: The password must be in plain text so that the Load Tool can use it to login.
Roles: The Load Tool imports only users who are in the role that you specify during the import.
Position: Specifies the autodialer position.
The same spreadsheet can also be used to import the test users into User Administration. For information on creating spreadsheets for User Administration, see Setting up the spreadsheet.
1 Click Load, select an .xlsx file, and then click Open.
2 In the Select Roles dialog, select the roles for all interviewers defined in the .xlsx file, and then click OK.
The Interviewers table displays users for the selected roles.
