Creating a scanning-enabled mark field
In a categorical Look, put the cursor in the place where you want the mark field to appear.
From the Insert menu, choose Symbol.
From the list of fonts, choose Wingdings or another suitable font.
Double-click a square or circle symbol and then close the Symbol dialog.
Select the symbol and apply the mr Category Answer character style.
Immediately to the right of the symbol, type a one-character placeholder, such as the # character.
Select the placeholder and apply the mr Category Scanning ID character style.
Save the Look.
When you apply the Look to a question, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper formats the placeholder as hidden text so that it is not visible in the questionnaire.
