Starting an interview in Console

Each interview is referred to as a case. To start entering data from an interview, you must create a new case in Console.

To start a new case in Console

Do one of the following:

▪Click Case > New Case.

▪Press Alt+C, N.

▪Click New Case on the Console toolbar.

When a new case is started, Interviewer Console opens the appropriate interview player.
