Adding a language
1 Click Tools > Manage Languages and Contexts or press Alt+T, M, or click the Manage Languages and Contexts toolbar button This graphic is described in the surrounding text..
On the Languages tab, any languages already defined for the .mdd file are displayed in the dialog.
2 Click Add. The Add Language dialog appears.
3 Select a language from the list. The list contains all the languages that are installed on your computer.
4 If required, define alternatives for the languages: see Defining alternative texts for languages or contexts.
5 Click OK.
This adds the language to the list of languages in the questionnaire file and creates an empty field for that language for each item of text that exists in the file. You can then pass the file on to your translators to enter translations for the language using the Translation Utility.
