Managing conditional substitution character styles
1 On the Paper menu, click Options, and then click the Character Styles tab.
2 Do one of the following:
3 To add a conditional substitution character style, go to the Conditional Substitution section, and then click Add.
4 To edit a conditional substitution character style, go to the Conditional Substitution section, select the conditional substitution character style that you want to edit, and then click Edit.
The Conditional Substitution dialog opens.
5 Set the properties as required, and then click OK.
