Microsoft PowerPoint tables export
You can export results to Microsoft PowerPoint. To use the PowerPoint Export component, you must have Microsoft Office 2007 or later installed.
You can export results as tables or charts, and each table or chart is created on a separate PowerPoint slide. By default, only charts are exported. For details of how data is displayed in charts, see Creating charts.
Charts are generated as Excel charts, but can be converted to PowerPoint charts. In Microsoft Office 2010 all of the charts can be converted at once via File > Info > Convert option. In Microsoft Office 2007, each chart can be converted by double-clicking on the chart and pressing the Convert button.
PowerPoint Export relies on the Microsoft Excel component, so close all Excel files before starting the export.
Tables that include a large number of rows or columns (~ 1000) might not display all of the table information after being exported to PowerPoint. It is recommended that these tables be instead exported to Microsoft Excel.
You can improve table export performance by selecting the Microsoft Office Document Image Writer as the default print driver when exporting to Office applications. If the print driver in not already installed on your system, you can install it from the Microsoft Office installation package.
