You can supply your results to other departments or organizations in a variety of formats, for example, by exporting results to HTML or Microsoft Office applications (see Exporting results), or by exporting selected variables from UNICOM Intelligence Reporter to a number of different file formats (see Exporting data).

Another method is to supply the source files (including the survey data files and the table document files) to other departments or customers who also use UNICOM Intelligence Reporter. This enables the recipients to see the original data as well as the results, and to carry out their own additional analyses if required.
