Managing user property groups
To create user property groups
1 Click the Edit user properties icon This graphic is described in the surrounding text. in the toolbar.
The Edit User Properties dialog opens.
2 In Define a group of user properties for, click the role to which the property group refers.
3 In the Property Groups pane, click the Add property group icon This graphic is described in the surrounding text. in the title bar or click <Click here to add new>. A new page opens.
4 In Group Name, type a name for the group.
The group name for interviewer qualifications must be InterviewerQualifications. InterviewerQualifications is only an example; this group should already exist.
5 In Group Description, type a description of the group's function.
6 Click Create.
The previous page of the dialog appears. You can now add properties to the group: see Adding properties to user property groups.
To delete user property groups
1 Click the Edit user properties icon This graphic is described in the surrounding text. in the toolbar.
The Edit User Properties dialog opens.
2 In the Property Groups pane, click the property group that you want to delete, and then click the Delete property group icon This graphic is described in the surrounding text. in the title bar.
