Controlling access to Interviewing Options features
You can control access to the various folders in Interviewing Options by assigning users or roles to Interviewing Options’ activity features. The activity features that you can use are shown in the following table.

By default, the CATISupervisor role is assigned to all the activity features shown apart from “Can edit fields”, “Can edit call outcomes”, “Can edit contact outcomes”, “Can delete call outcomes”, and “Can delete contact outcomes”.
