Configuring Review Interviews to be read-only
Interviewers and other users who have access to the Review Interviews feature can change responses for quality control purposes.
You can also make interviews “read-only”, so that users can view the responses, but not change them.
To all make interviews read-only
Set the ReviewInterviewReadOnly DPM property to True at site level.
To make the interviews for a specific project read‑only
Set the ReviewInterviewReadOnly DPM property to True in the mrInterview collection under the project. The project setting overrides the site setting.
To allow specific users to change the responses
Even if an interview is read‑only, you can allow specific users to change the responses. To do this, give the user the canOverrideReadOnlySetting (“Can override read-only setting”) permission in User Administration for the Review Interviews activity. When you do this, the user can clear the “read-only” checkbox in the Review Interviews interface, and then change the responses. Users who do not have the canOverrideReadOnlySetting permission cannot clear the checkbox.
Review in Phone Participants
The read-only setting does not affect Review in Phone Participants at the end of the interview, which always allows responses to be changed.
