HTML Exports dialog
When you select the HTML export option in the Exports dialog (see Exports dialog), some extra options are available.
Include
Choose whether to create tables only, charts only, or both tables and charts, and whether to display the chart or the table first. For more information about displaying data in charts, see Understanding charts.
Charting engine
The only option is Microsoft Office Web Components. Microsoft Office Web Components must be installed in order to use this feature. For more information on installing Office Web Components, see the UNICOM Intelligence Installation Guide.
Default chart type
If you have chosen to export charts, select a chart type from the list. When IBM SPSS Visualization is selected as the charting engine, the Heat Map chart type is available in the list and the Browse button is enabled, allowing you to select a custom template.
The chart type you select is used only if you have not specified a chart type for a table using the Table Properties dialog on the View Tables tab.
The export uses the Office Web Components (OWC) to create charts. This means that to export charts, Office Web Components (OWC) must be installed on your computer. However, this is not necessary if you only want to export tables. For more information on installing Office Web Components, see the UNICOM Intelligence Installation Guide.
Presentation
Select a stylesheet to format the HTML output. There are two built-in style sheets:
Default, which has a blue background and is used by default
Black and White, which has black text on a white background.
HTML layout
The layout style:
Single document. All of the tables and/or charts are exported to one HTML document, which has a table of contents at the top. By default the tables, charts, or table and chart pairs are separated by a printing page break.
Table of Contents. The table of contents and each table and/or chart are exported to a separate HTML Document. You can navigate the pages using the table of contents.
Frame Table of Contents. Each table, chart, or table and chart pair are exported to a separate document with the table of contents visible in a separate frame on the left side.
Launch browser after export
Displays the exported tables in your web browser.
Save to file
Check this box and enter a name and location for the output file. If you do not specify a save location, and the Launch after export option is also not selected, you are prompted to either launch the associated application or select a save location.
