Removing headers and footers
Make sure that the following fields are always included in one of the positions. Without this information, the published tables can be misleading:
CellContents
Filters
WeightingVariable
Statistics
Level (if you are working with hierarchical data).
To remove headers and footers
1 Do one of the following:
From a single table: In the Table List, select the table whose headers and footers you want to change. Select the Preferences tab, and then select Header and Footer. This opens the Header and Footer dialog.
Globally: Click Tables > Global Header and Footer. The Header and Footer dialog opens.
2 Click the header or footer you want to delete.
3 Existing text for a header or footer position is displayed in the Editing area of the screen. Click and drag to select the text in the Editing box, and then press Delete.
4 Repeat for any other headers or footers you want to delete.
5 Click OK.
