Use the Global/Interview Filters Setup dialog to define:
a global filter. This is a filter that is applied to all tables. Only one global filter can be defined (though you can define an interview filter as well as a global filter).
an interview filter. This is a special global filter that filters on the interview status (DataCollection.Status); see System variables. Generally this is relevant only for data collected using UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin.
To open the Global/Interview Filter Setup dialog, choose Tables > Global Filters, or click the Edit Global Filter button on the Define tab.
UNICOM Intelligence Global filter
This box displays the current global filter as defined in the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin User Administration utility. UNICOM Intelligence global filters are user-level or role-level filters that control access to case data in a project. The filters can only be changed through the User Administration activity. See the User Administration for details.
If the UNICOM Intelligence Global Filter is not valid, you can not continue until the filter is made valid. For more information, see to the Setting Up Global Filters section.

When more than one filter (for example, a table filter and a global filter) applies to a table, they are combined using the And operator. This means that cases are selected only if they meet the criteria of all of the filters.
