Defining event for state
All states in a transaction flow must consist of events in order to proceed to the next state in the flow. The event that is fired determines the direction of a flow so that the appropriate states are displayed for a customer.
1 In the Properties tab of the state, click the General tab.
2 In the Events panel, click the Add icon This graphic is described in the surrounding text.. An event is added to the Events panel.
3 If you want to modify the name of an event, click the event and then enter a name.
The event name should always follow the defined naming conventions; otherwise a validation warning will be shown in the Problems view of the workspace. The default naming conventions are
Can contain any of the following: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, _ (underline), - (hypen).
The first character must be letters
No duplication
No space character
