Toolkit JSP tags can identify the client locale so that the browser renders all the messages in the correct language. This is possible because of a custom tag (AddBundleTag) that can set the resource bundle file according to the user locale. This resource bundle contains the messages in the required language and FieldError and ValidationError tags can take the error information from the resource bundle using error codes.
