Quantum can print figures in tables with up to 10 characters; figures that require more than ten characters are printed as asterisks. For example, 12345678.12 appears as 12345678.1 when displayed with one decimal place, but as asterisks (*) when displayed with two decimal places. However, you can use the scale= option to apply a scaling factor before printing.
