Handling attribute contradictions
The attributes of the Transparent Connectivity (TC) connection might contradict the actual service made available.
If a load balancing method or transparent failover (TF) level is specified in the connection string but HotStandby (HSB) is not enabled, the result depends on the connection type:
For ODBC connections, the SUCCESS_WITH_INFO warning is generated, and a Basic Connectivity connection is enabled rather than a TC connection.
For JDBC connections, a Basic Connectivity connection is enabled silently, without issuing any errors or warnings.
