Character data types
The size limits for character data types apply to both disk-based tables (D-tables) and in-memory tables (M-tables) but all columns must fit within the table row.
The maximum row size for D-tables is 2G - 1.
The maximum row size for M-tables is configurable (default 2M, maximum 32M). In solidDB versions prior to version 200.0 the maximum row size was 32K.
