IBM InfoSphere Change Data Capture (IBM InfoSphere CDC) is a replication solution that allows you to replicate data to or from supported databases. It can also receive replicated data from supported databases based on table mapping details defined during configuration.

IBM InfoSphere CDC allows you to maintain a replicated database that can be used to reduce processing overheads and network traffic. Replication can be carried out continuously or periodically on a net change basis. When data is transferred from a source server, it can be remapped or transformed in the target environment.
