1 Right‑click in the Explorer, and then click Access Control.
The Access Control dialog appears.
2 From the Access Action menu, choose Check out to mark diagrams and definitions as read-only for all other users or Check in to restore full read/write status to diagrams and definitions. The Access Action menu has other commands available for network supervisors.
