Select Check out, Check in, Freeze, Unfreeze, Delete or Unlock Locked Item from the list.

Only supervisors have access to Freeze, Unfreeze, and Delete and Unlock Locked Item.

A user on a Novell NetWare or Microsoft LAN Manager server can be designated as a supervisor in his work group.
