Project Context diagram – created using the Explorer diagram. Shows the scope of a work package to be implemented as a part of a broader transformation roadmap. You can show how a work package is tied to the organizations, functions, services, processes, applications, data, and technology that will be added, removed, or impacted by the project.
Benefits diagram – created using the Explorer diagram. Shows opportunities identified in an architecture definition, classified according to their relative size, benefit, and complexity.
