Constraint to ConstrainedElement
A Constraint is an assertion that indicates a restriction that must be satisfied by any valid realization of the model.
A Constraint related (or ‘attached’) to a definition – which then becomes considered a “constrainedElement”. The constraint represents additional semantic information about the definition.
