Customizing the repository metamodel: SAPROPS.CFG and USRPROPS.TXT
The metamodel of information that you capture in a System Architect repository is specified by two files working together: SAPROPS.CFG and USRPROPS.TXT. These files specify all diagrams, symbols, and definitions, and their contained properties.
SAPROPS.CFG contains properties that define the default metamodel of an encyclopedia.
USRPROPS.TXT is an empty file where you can add code to extend the base metamodel, so that you can capture information that you need for your modeling needs.
See Rules for editing USRPROPS.TXT.
