Editing existing Focal Point® profiles
The steps you follow when editing an existing profile are essentially the same as creating a new profile.
1 Click Tools > Focal Point.
2 In the Focal Point®-Login dialog, enter the Server URL, Login Name, and Password.
3 Click Login. The main SA-Focal Point® screen is displayed.
4 Click Edit a previously saved Focal Point profile. This leads you to the SA-Focal Point® (FP Profile) screen, where you further define the profile by selecting the Criteria and Data report files, and the report names in those report files.
5 Select a profile.
The list of available profiles is retrieved from System Architect definitions.
This graphic is described in the surrounding text.
6 Click OK. The SA-Focal Point® screens from now on will be populated with the properties of the definition of the profile you selected.
Note In the screen that follows, you will not be able to select a report file. The report file you selected when you created the profile you are editing will not be available in the edit dialog. If you have to change the report, you have to change the report manually in text format, and select it from the browse dialog.
7 Select a report name in Select Criteria Report Name field and in the Select a Data Report Name.
8 Click Next > Save to finish editing the profile. Saving the profile overwrites the profile definition.
