The SQL tab sets your server, security authentication method, and the name of the temporary compare database. Following is a brief description of available options.

The Server Name drop-down lists available servers. The Security option determines the method of authentication for the server you select. If you choose Username and password, the corresponding fields below are enabled and you must provide those values. The Database name field is for the temporary database, which is used solely for comparison. You can use the same database for all comparisons, or create a new one for each comparison.
