Normal balancing reports in System Architect can provide details of imbalances between Gane & Sarson parent and child data flow diagrams. However, any unbalanced dataflows have to be manually added.

This macro automatically adds dataflows to a child diagram if they have been added to the parent, distinguishing between whether flow is ‘in’ or ‘out’.

Any flows added are highlighted in red to differentiate them as added flows.
