Report Definition file and structure
The default Report Definition file contains the pre-written or standard reports that come with the product. The first time you use the reports generator, the reports listed are the ones that are in the default file named REPORTS.RPT.
You can make changes to this Report Definition file, but first make a copy of it: see Copying the Report Definition file. You can save your copy of the Report Definition file with a new name in the default location or with the same or different name in a new location.
